Gotcha Covered was a word of mouth referral by my long time friend (and also my realtor). And he was right - they were fantastic to work with. I had several other quotes from the “big name” roofers in town, but the one I got from the owner here was the most detailed. They did everything & then some. Yes, it’s a woman-owned business, and I can say working with Lisa was the best - she’s been in & around general construction & contracting for a long time. She knows her stuff, and was very responsive and communicated so well. I always knew what was going on. And the fact she or her husband were always at my home looking after their crew and paying attention to the details was refreshing. She cares about the quality, she cares about her crew. She’s also certified from the big shingle companies which means you get factory certified work, backed by those companies and this expands your warranty from them, too. Her quote was very competitive, reasonable, fair, and beat some of the others, too. I even got a military veteran’s rebate from GAF because they are factory certified. Win-win! If you need roofing work done, call Lisa with Gotcha Covered. After hearing some ‘horror stories’ from friends experiences with others, I’m glad I didn’t have any of that nonsense. I normally don't do reviews but this company blew me away. I was afraid to call anyone because of the horror stories I've heard about roofers in the area. But this company made those fears fade away with how professional they were and the attention to detail and communication through out the whole process, I could go all day about how great the experience was. These folks were great! They showed up on time and had the job finished by the end of the day. They put down tarps in my yard to catch any debris and cleaned as they worked. They even went over my yard with magnets to ensure there were no nails. There were careful of my landscaping and Amber walked me through the whole process. My house looks great. I'd definitely hire them again.

Gotcha Covered Roofing came out and inspected my roof, they worked with my adjuster and got it covered due to the extent of wind damage.  They were all very professional, easy to work with from start to finish. The most simple process I have been a part of in a long time. I made the call, picked the color of the shingles and they did the rest! I highly recommend their services!
